Don't guess about
your hormones.
Low energy, poor sleep, lost strength, flat drive — symptoms worth testing, not assuming. TRT at ExclusIV is physician-managed and starts where responsible hormone care always starts: a baseline lab panel.
Worth Testing
Familiar? Then measure it.
These symptoms have many possible causes — low testosterone is only one of them. That's exactly why we test rather than sell.

- Fatigue that rest doesn't fix
- Poor or unrefreshing sleep
- Afternoon crashes
Body & strength
- Declining strength or muscle
- Stubborn body-fat gain
- Slower recovery from training
Mind & drive

- Low mood or irritability
- Reduced libido
The Process
How TRT works here
Hormone therapy is a prescription-controlled treatment. Ours is structured so you never wonder whether you should be on it — the labs answer that before anything is prescribed.
Baseline hormone panel
Comprehensive bloodwork first — hormones alongside the metabolic and thyroid markers that shape a safe protocol.
Physician evaluation
A licensed provider reviews your results, history, and symptoms — and determines whether TRT is clinically appropriate for you.
Protocol, if indicated
If treatment is right for you, your protocol and dosing are set by your provider and delivered through our program.
Scheduled monitoring
Follow-up panels on a set cadence, with dose adjustments based on your labs and how you actually feel.
Questions
Asked before starting
Will I get a prescription on the first call?
No — and you should be wary of anywhere that says yes. TRT begins only after baseline labs and a physician evaluation confirm it's appropriate. That usually means treatment can start within a couple of weeks of your intake.
What if my labs come back normal?
Then we tell you that, plainly. Your consult will look at what else could explain your symptoms — sleep, thyroid, micronutrient status — and whether another program fits better. No one is put on hormones to close a sale.
Is this available for women?
Our hormone program is built primarily around men's TRT. Women dealing with hormone-related symptoms should still start with the same lab panel and consult — our medical team will discuss what's appropriate and in scope for your situation.
Do I need to come in for treatments?
Consultations run by telehealth and monitoring draws are coordinated around you. Depending on your protocol, treatment is self-administered at home under physician direction or delivered by our mobile team.
What does monitoring actually involve?
Repeat lab panels on a set schedule, provider reviews of those results, and dose adjustments when the numbers — or your symptoms — call for them. It's the part of TRT most shortcuts skip, and the part we won't.
Get the numbers first.
One intake form starts it: a telehealth consult, a baseline panel, and a straight answer about whether TRT is right for you.
