What is mobile IV therapy?
Mobile IV therapy is the on-site delivery of intravenous fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other medical-grade ingredients by a licensed clinician at your home, hotel, or office. It bypasses the digestive system, allowing for faster absorption than oral supplements.
Who administers the IV treatments?
All treatments are administered by licensed clinicians under the supervision of our Medical Director, Dr. Jason Garner, MD — a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical experience and 30+ years of military medical service.
How long does a typical appointment take?
Most IV treatments take approximately 45 to 60 minutes from start to finish, including a brief health assessment, IV placement, infusion time, and cleanup. Quick injections (B-12, vitamin C, etc.) are usually under 15 minutes.

How do I book an appointment?
Browse the shop page, choose your treatment, and click Book Appointment. Bookings are processed through Square Appointments. Same-day availability is common; for last-minute requests call 850-822-1436.
Is mobile IV therapy safe?
When administered by trained clinicians using sterile, single-use equipment and FDA-regulated ingredients, IV therapy is generally safe for healthy adults. As with any medical procedure, there are risks including discomfort, bruising, infection, and rare allergic reactions. Our clinicians review your medical history and consent forms before every treatment, and may decline service if a treatment is not medically appropriate for you.
Will my insurance cover this?
IV vitamin and wellness therapy is generally considered elective and is not covered by most health insurance plans. We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services and can provide a detailed receipt for your records.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Square and PayPal. HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible treatments. Payment is due at the time of service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be subject to a fee. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Do you offer service for private events or groups?
Yes — we provide on-site IV therapy for corporate events, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and other private gatherings. Visit our Private Events page or email support@exclusivmed.com to request a custom quote.
What's the difference between an IV drip and an injection?
An IV drip delivers a larger volume of fluids and nutrients directly into a vein over 30–60 minutes, ideal for rehydration and high-dose vitamin therapy. An intramuscular (IM) injection is a quick shot into a muscle (usually the upper arm), good for single-vitamin doses like B-12 or vitamin D.
Can I get IV therapy if I'm pregnant or have a medical condition?
Many treatments can be modified for pregnancy or specific health conditions, but some are not recommended. Please disclose any health conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy status when booking — our clinical team will review and recommend a safe option, or decline if a treatment is not appropriate.
